On June 1st Gucci’s Sound of Change concert was held with the support of many celebrities. The event was thrown by Chime for Change, a global organisation that works on bringing education, health and justice to women. Chime for Change co-founder and all-round superstar Beyonce was looking fierce in Gucci and a bold burgundy lip. The minimal eye enhanced her natural beauty, while the dark red lips added a touch of glamour.

Step 1: Start with a primer. If you plan a busy night ahead with lots of dancing like our Queen Bey did, a primer is essential in keeping your make-up in place. Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer is a little pricey, but unbeatable at maintaining flawless coverage.
Step 2: A dewy foundation will give you a healthy glow and help cover any imperfections. Rimmel’s Wake Me Up is ideal.
Step 3: Use an eye shadow a couple of shades darker than your hair colour to gently fill in your eyebrows. If your eyebrows are already natural full, simply use a brow gel to get your eyebrows in place.
Step 4: For a soft and simple eye that is perfect for the warmer months, use a matte black eye shadow to define your lash line and finish off with your favourite mascara.
Step 5: Finish the look with a dark, bold lip, like Revlon’s Super Lustrous Lipstick in Black Cherry.
