Girls Aloud took to Youtube at noon today in a live press conference to announce their ten year anniversary plans, which include a Greatest Hits album and a UK tour.
The band revealed that they will be releasing new Greatest Hits album TEN on November 26th and taking it on tour early next year.
Cheryl, Nadine, Nicola, Kimberley and Sarah will be performing at Glasgow’s SECC on the 9th and 10th of March.
Fans can get access to a special pre-sale next Wednesday if they pre-order the new Girls Aloud album before then, and tickets will go on general sale shortly after.
The girls’ comeback single Something New, which is this year’s official Children In Need song, is one of four brand new tracks appearing on the album.
During the press conference Nadine Coyle, who is rumoured to have been the missing link in the band since relocating to Los Angeles, said, “Coming back together is so exciting, there’s something amazing about performing together. We’ve got all these great songs and we want to see how the fans react.”
