H&M have today released their newest campaign images, which show singer Lana Del Rey returning for a second season as the face of the brand. After the success of her first ad campaign, launched in July 2012, H&M have certainly delighted me by asking Lana to return for winter. How could they not?!
Del Rey and the brand seem to fit together perfectly, and although I didn’t think it was possible, the latest collection Lana models is even better than H&M’s last. Edgier, with lots of leather, it contrasts with the softer autumn range Lana was also the face of.
Since being signed by Next modelling agency, Lana has not only become the face of H&M, but the face of Jaguar- perhaps this is why she’s seen draping herself across classic cars in these latest images.
Of course, all of this is on the side of her soaring music career. Somehow in between all her stylish goings on, Lana has managed to record eight new tracks, upgrading her Born to Die album to The Paradise Edition, set to be released on November 12th.
