Cardross Estate, Lake of Menteith, Scotland 22-25 August
It’s like a big fat Scottish love-in with Nevada Bass, Randolph’s Leap, Panda Su, Paws, Teen Canteen and Lori McTear, balanced out by those cool Americans Zs and Arbouretum, and French acts like Freschard and Stanley Brinks.
Doune The Rabbit Hole gets relocated this summer, to the beautiful Cardross Estate, on the boundary of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The family friendly, not-for-profit festival is committed to making Scotland a happier place, by promoting affordable events and raising money to teach children creative skills for free. Because of this, under 12s go free, so be nice and take your younger siblings for their first festival experience!
Gates to the campsite open on Thursday afternoon, with a free programme of entertainment scheduled for Thursday night, featuring Edinburgh’s Orkestra Del Sol.
Garden of Elks, who we interviewed in this month’s issue, are guaranteed to play a blinding set.
We have a pair of weekend tickets with camping to give away to one lucky reader who answers our simple question correctly. To enter click here!
